1. No Return & No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for all products.
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
2. Exception (Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product)
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong product is delivered
In such cases, the customer must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Required (Mandatory)
To process any return/refund request, the customer must provide proper proof:
- Clear unboxing video (without cuts)
- Product images showing the issue
- Order details
OR
- Customer may be asked to verify the issue via video call with our support team
⚠️ Without proper proof, no return or refund request will be accepted.
4. Verification Process
Our team will review the submitted proof
If required, a video verification will be conducted
After proper inspection and approval, the request will be processed
We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on verification.
5. Return & Refund Approval
If the issue is found valid:
- Product return will be accepted
- Refund or replacement will be initiated
If the issue is not genuine or does not meet our policy conditions, the request will be rejected.
6. Product Condition for Return
If return is approved:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- All tags must be intact
Used or worn products will not be accepted under any condition.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Return/refund will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Delay in delivery due to courier
Customer does not like the product
Color difference due to screen lighting
Incorrect size selection by customer
Minor thread issues or handmade variations
